Morning weight: 191.0 - Flying off again, which is nice, potentially a bit fast seeing as I broke 192 only a few days ago but I'm not very worried. Definitely did need the higher cal day yesterday, though. Only hit 3150, cals have been low lately (24-2600) cause I'm tired of this cut. I mean, on the one hand I'm really not, I'm loving it and getting leaner by the day, finding it really easy to hit macros ever since that last ****up I had, really motivated, etc. But on the other, it's just time I'm spending not growing. Soon, though. The shyt's chess, it ain't checkers. Eyes on the prize.
Gotta get the cheddar my dude
Thanks Manu! I stumbled across this pic from a few almost a year ago exactly and I thought it was pretty interesting, this was right before I went on my dreamer fulk 12.5 months ago lol.
And the new pic from this week/the last page for reference...
More change than I had thought to be honest, still nowhere near where I want to be but I was a bit surprised at it. I mean I was only in a surplus for a little under 6 months between those two pics if you think about it. I cut from Mid December to mid-March, fulked from then to May 10th or so, and have been cutting since then.
Besides width and overall size, is there anything that stands out as particularly underdeveloped/potentially imbalanced that I should add abit of focus too once I'm back in a surplus?
Thanks for following and motivating me everyone, means the world.
Oh, and no package yet Manu, hopefully it comes today/tomorrow, will let you know when it gets here!

Thanks for the input and kind words Carl, I think you're right with these weakpoints, gotta work on some upper trap focused training. Maybe just change the way I do my cable rows and implement front squats once I'm squatting for real again.
Thanks brah =p Your progress has been pretty shocking as well dude if I haven't said that already, seriously
Dem deltas doe
All good man! Will keep you updated.
Morning weight: 190.0?
So I stayed over a friends house, woke up and pissed, weighed my water bottle, drank it all on the drive home, then weighed myself and subtracted the empty bottle weight from my scale's reading (lol srs). Looks like I'm at 190. Feelsgoodman, also it's my birthday today. I know Opeth's gonna rage when he reads this but I'm gonna probably push a few more weeks and maybe do a little reverse dieting in that time frame. I am very close to ending the cut though. I dropped cals notably this week and also started delivering pizzas at night which I guess raises TDEE surprisingly more than anticipated, weight seems to be flying off. Prednisone doesn't seem to be having any effect on water retention or anything either. My workouts have all been rushed for the past 2 or 3 days and shorter than normal too, less rest time but definitely less energy used overall just because they've been so much lower in volume/duration. Shrug. Not complaining.
Do feel a bit run down this morning but that's just due to ****ed up meal timing yesterday with work, had to wait until after my shift to eat most of my cals. Probably feel more awake after I eat something and decide to hit a pull day. Either that or shoulders/triceps, since my chest/tri workout was a joke the other day. I didn't write this down but towards the end of the workout (which was also towards the beginning, trollol) I tried giant setting something retarded, like high rep cable flies into pushdowns I think it was, and then for the 3rd exercise I grabbed 60s and went to do some db light high rep bench... I got ****ing 3 reps lmao. Lol'd and the girl next to me was like "uwot m8"
Anyway, yeah. Almost forgot my birthday this year, srs.
22 isn't exactly as exciting as the last one was haha. All good though. No part of me is in a "Let's get ****ed up" mood. I'm tryna **** up some weights and make a few bucks nom sayinBoston - UMass - Sales brah

Nice update on the back with the picture. For advice, I'd say work on dem trapssss and do some more middle back movements such as t-bar rows or cable rows. Back looks good, but that would make it even better bra

Thanks man, didn't feel too siked about it while in the gym but pretty much matches my best with that double. Still haven't felt very in my groove the past few sessions, the day I hit the 215 for 5 with no spot a week or two back felt phenomenal.
Lol, I almost always do one high rep set like that when totally fatigued =p Wanted 15+, oh well. Sometimes I'll do that with db shoulder press as well, or a machine row movement/pulldowns.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

Seriously amped as all hell today, getting that package from Manu was a big part of it, haha. Definitely forgetting a few things, did some rope lat pushdowns between sets and whatnot, maybe a few other sets of delts... was in the gym for a long ****ing time, lol. Felt good to not be rushed at all today. And I had the power of the Manu flowing through my veinnnzzzzz
New favorite hoody. Misc hoody remains in the top 3, too classic.
Shirt fits well too!
Thank you once again for these, Manu!
If you follow my Instagram you already saw my dinner tonight, ate half of the KFC and all of the Taco Bell
Grilled chicken from KFC is actually ****ing great. Weighed everything out cause it seemed like they overserved a bit... which they did, pictured is ~18 oz of chicken 0_0 including bones and skin and all. Epic. 3300 cals today all told.
Off day tomorrow I think! Potentially. Moving some furniture and whatnot with my brother all day. Getting breakfast with him in the morning, more food porn to come. Got some **** I haven't posted yet also.
