So ya. Im about to cut. Should I continue to take creatine? I know creatine can possibly give you a "bloating" effect if you don't do your cardio but that won't be an issue because I will be doing a lot of cardio.. Is it true that if you stop taking creatine, you will lose size and strength? Ive heard that from so many people. "Creatine is all water weight and when you get off it, you lose all that weight and size."

Very beneficial during a cut. Most people end up putting themselves in quite the caloric deficit and will lose strength over time. Creatine to put it simply, helps with strength output, so it would make sense to remain on. Like another mentioned, you will retain some water, so the only time to drop it is if you were concerned with cutting a few pounds to make weight for a sport or prep for a show.
I make bad videos in my basement about training, which makes me an internet guru.
