Alright i was pretty lazy today. Didn't want to eat any tuna or cook any chicken.
I had a big steak though. Around 80g of protein, 600 calories.
I also had a protein shake, not just any protein shake though, here is the calorie and protein intake of it
Protein shake:
3 scoops of chocolate whey(walmart)
2 scoops of peanut butter
3 scoops of oatmeal(blend before hand by itself so its in a power form)
2 cups of milk
1 cup of extremely cold water(ice would work better)
1 banana
Total calories: 1380 calories, 116g of protein
Oh ya. Plus i had some other stuff too throughout the day.
Current calories: 2700 calories, 220g of protein.
Now that my protein is filled i plan on just eating some cereal, or whatever my mom makes for supper.
I am upping my calorie intake as well. Instead of eating 3300 calories on off days i am boosting it to 3700 calories.
I am gaining weight, but its been pretty slow.
