CHEST/TRI DAY
Sunday, did nothing but rest at home and eat some quality food to get me going for my workout. I took Max about an hour pre-workout because I got stuck doing a little touch up to my car. It took about 15min to kick in but the longer I waited, the more anxious I got which led to a great workout. I also have a panic disorder which gets my adrenaline going when something is wrong so it helps my workouts(srs). My workouts are pretty simple since I stick to the basics. Also, I workout with weight that I feel right with. I keep my ego out of it. All sets were done by squeezing the muscle instead of just repping them out. I also train triceps very light because I already have meaty triceps and all I'm doing is squeezing in some definition and keep the size. No need for growth here.

I have been using I-force Maximize Intense for about 1 month now, I think its awesome! I don't feel the rush or tingling that I felt with Jack 3D or C4, but I have more stamina, energy and do more weight that ever before! I want to just keep working out when i'm out of time. I defiantly recommend it.
