i'm trying to reach 180 pounds by next year.. and i have the 100% whey protein so i was wondering how many times a day should i drink it ? i work out everyday and play basketball after workout

Bro if you want to be a jacked motherf&$CKer like me you need to pound a shake after every set u do. Then a shake before bed and one every 3 hours durning the night so u don't lose teh gainz!!!!!!!!!!!!111
Seriously man timing is irrelevant and no one can tell you how many you need. It's based on your idividual macro needs for the day. I suggest you spend less time in the supplement forum and more in the nutritionTeam VPX Sports Rep
