So hello guys
I am 18 years old weakling
I am little skinny with little belly fat
I have hurt lower back(or weak core not sure )
Anyway when I am doing abs my back is giving me sharp pain
and also my shoulders and wrists and weak from push ups
I was able to do 25 push ups now hardly 10
Anyway Push up forms and Abs giving me some problems
I am also doing weight lifting every second day for shoulders but I if someone can recommend some good dumbels chest exercises <3
Anyway my food diet is pretty good I think
I dont follow strictly plan they give but I drink a lots of water,eat few times at day
Every morning cereals and every night lots of fruits
also during day fruits
I kinda avoid fat food at all
Today I got my program and almost died on fit test hahahha
I love this already but I am wondering anyone did it
Anyone have some advice or something

Thing is I lift dumbels so I dont get more skinny
and I thought insanity is good start for shaping body
then to move on p90x on summer and do more cardio like running
whole summer just practice to get nice shape and little bigger not too much
I cant do classic abs workouts coz of back but I can feel them(I was able to do them before)
its just they are not visible xD
I am not beginner but I am just interesting will this make me even smaller
I am really careful I even drink magnesium every morning ^^
