Today I finished my high rep / low weight week and thoroughly enjoyed it, today my traps were absolutely fried. My hammy's, calves, and quads are sore from the day before. Gotta love it.

I will most likely just chill this weekend, and hit it hard Monday morning..back to heavy weight for a few weeks.


Supp Notes

I take {2} GAMMA-O caps in the AM and two in the PM.

Noticed new acne of left side of forehead, and two on chest. Not black/white heads or anything like that, just reddish. No big deal, but usually a sign of winds of change.

Sleep has been great, I usually average 6-7 hours a night during the week and 6-8 on the weekend. Regardless of the amount, once I wake up, begin training and pretty much all day I'm feeling damn good lately. Sad to think I'm more than halfway done with GAMMA-O as it's a 30 day supply..13 days left, gotta make them count!
