**sorry I was MIA yesterday, moved into the new house and it took all day - didn't make it to gym either - but carrying heavy chit all day qualifies for some type of cardio I'd think**
I took 2 GAMMA-O caps in the am, and none at night as I couldn't find it.. boxes everywhere......arghhhhhhhhhh

Regardless of the fact that I had 5< hours of sleep last night, and woke up feeling like I was hit by a truck {5:30am} I was determined to fight the fatigue and train today..
This morning I did feel very out of it, and 'weak sauce' as RB puts it..took some real talk to myself to get in the groove and say f- it...I was kinda pissed that moving took all day and into the night and no gym time yesterday.
Tomorrow may be a rest day, as I seriously need it. We will see.
