    im just wondering if im making progress the photos are about 2 months apart.. it took me a while in that time to get my **** together.

    i personally cant see these things very well.!?

    thank god. not all for nothing then : ) most of the weight lost was in the last week and a half. i hope to lose most of that fat and be around 13-14 % bf at the beginning of summer. achievable? (theyre both relaxed)

    Sorry, I'm not good at guesstimating these kind of things, but since we're in February you got another...what? 4 months? 3? If you eat 500 under maintenance you loose 1 lbs/week. 3 Months are 12 weeks = 12 lbs. That's definitely something, but I don't by how much that will lower your bf.

    Gotta wait, til some pro gets in here.

    I see progress hope ur diet and exercising is okay cuz if not u'll end up skinny fat and being tht sucks brah (real life experience)

    Defiantly some progress bro. You can see noticeable gs loss in your chest and stomach area. You will defiantly have good loss by summer. Which if your saying beginning of June that give you 2 months. Maybe not completely gone but you will notice a big difference. Goodluck on your goals.

    Second off, if you aren't already make sure you are calculating your calories every day.

    Get a scribbler and record everything you eat for the day.

    Your diet is the most important thing

    white koalo, ive bene trainign for a while now and gained a decent amout of muscle for about half a year. now i want to get rid of the fat. i do record it, it really helps me
