    Post What muscles does the standing military press work out?

    Is it just the chest and shoulders? Or does it work out the core as well? I want to say the biceps too, but they never feel any different after I complete the exercise.

    Tris are also involved in the lift. I feel standing military press is a good core exercise, I class it with the likes of squat, deadlift, bench etc
