Firstly I am 21 yrs old, and have been playing basketball since High school. Just recently I have been really focusing on my vertical and am set to complete one goal: To dunk on a regulation hoop! It's been my dream! Currently, I can dunk on a 9' hoop. Palming the ball isn't an issue (big hands ftw!). I can grab rim with two hands but can't dunk. My stats are :
Weight 180
max bench: 185
max squat: 210? (verify soon)

I am making this not only for myself, but for anyone else that just wants to fly, even if just one time! I will be using a combination of P90x, Insanity, and insanity asylum primarily. Mixed in with my inter mural basketball season going on at school. I will post videos of my progress as much as I can. Lets Go!!!
