ill try to keep it short.
193cm tall
74.2kg
16.8%bf
35kg muscles
i used to be 115kg and really obese now i am not that much see stats above. my question is this. i currently eat 1900kcals and this way i lose about 400-500grams a week. But my question is this. Should i keep cutting to single digit BF then bulk? reason for asking is i start to look kinda small(my arms). I have some loose skin also. my macros are 35 30 35 c/p/f. I also feel my lifts stalling doing allpros currently 55kg on squat 45kg row/bench 60kg stiff DL. My goal is to become stronger and look big, but not giant(i have naturally wider shoulders). Please reply if i need to update info or if you have any questions. Thanks in advance

Unless I'm a complete idiot, you are about 6'3" and 163lbs now. That is by no means obese, probably under average, so breathe easy.
Now it's time to bulk since your lifts are nowhere near where they should be for your size and weight. Having some strength and muscle mass is what leads to "stronger and look big, but not giant".
Also for macros take a look: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=156380183
