Hey guys, I have been battling shoulder problems for quite some time now. I have been taking animal flex for a few months now, and I can say my shoulders feel a lot better. Or did.. After a couple weeks of taking animal flex my shoulders felt great! The best they have in a couple years. So I started pushing it harder in the gym, and consequently aggravated my shoulder pains again. Anyways, I am making an order tonight and was curious about cissus. Does this stuff work? Would it be beneficial to take in addition to animal flex? Or would I be wasting my money? If it would be beneficial, do you have any brand recommendations? Thanks guys!

You can stack Cissus with flex, it works great for ligaments and joints.
Look into Primaforce Cissus, one of the best deals around, i do 2-3g/day. It's a wrist, elbow and knee saver for me.

Animal Flex stacked with Joint Force by E-Pharm would be my choice. Joint Force helped my shoulder pain significantly more than any other product out there.
