Nutrition plan For my Lunch Box, I work for a cable company and am always traveling
Hey all, I am finding it quite hard to pack a lunch that meet the requirements for both cutting and bulking. I have tried to precook chicken and lean ground beef for the week but it smells terrible cold. I work for a cable company and I start at 10:30 and end my day at around 7:00. I workout after work so normally I get to the gym at 830 maybe 9 and usually workout for 1-2hrs. I get a 30 min lunch and usually during lunch I can't make it home to cook my food. Does anyone know of an article or a thread that could help me come up with a meal plan? I am willing to precook food but I want the food to be at least decent while cold and also it must last one week in my fridge. Alright Thank you all to who read this.
