    Talking From MFP to Here

    I do believe this is the forum I need to now be in. I've been here before, left because life happened and I didn't focus on fitness as much. Started using MFP (my fitness pal) but after getting kinks out and wanting more, I've decided to come back!

    So, now for my plan. I'm not sure about the calorie thing, since MFP always starts at 1200 and you earn more when you exercise. I know this is low and was aiming for 1600. I have heard that on workout days, I should consume 1800-2000 calories. Anyway, my protein is high, carbs medium, and fat low. For instance, today's stats are as follows:

    Calories=1589
    Carbs= 184g
    Protein= 153g
    Fat= 38g
    My current weight is 137

    Workout= three sets of squats, walking lunges, bi curls and tri extentions also I did 5 min. on the stepmill

    So, here it goes! I'm doing this and would love any input. Thank you!!!

    I woke up so sore in my lower body, but hit the weights for upper and loved it! Tried to get some cardio in but only walked about 3.5mph for 45 minutes in complete pain, but I did it

    Food was spot on and nothing but healthy choices and a gallon of H2O too. I'm feeling it!
