Wed and Thurs Jan 30-31st 2013
2 whole eggs and 4 whites hard boiled and mashed with tumeric, cayenne, salt, pepper and sauerkraut. I will warn you - its looks absolutely disgusting, but it does taste yummy. I have just recently discovered sauerkraut and have been eating it on everything..
Kraft whipped is sooo good! Be scared .
Last coupe of days I have not been feeling well. The cold\flu that everyone is getting finally caught me So yesterday and today's workouts were not great. Wanted to bag yesterday totally, but started to feel a bit better by evening so I got it in, such as it was. Today was just okay. Not even worth posting. Today was the last of the drop set week, though, so happy with that. Tomorrow and Sat are off days,so by Sun I should be back to normal and ready to hit it hard..

That sounds gross but I adore sauerkraut so I may have to give it a try. My family is German and sauerkraut has been a staple since I was a kid but I've never done anything other than have it with the usual brats, reubens etc.
Take care of yourself. So many bugs going around at the moment.
I have a love/hate thing going on with drop sets right now - my program incorporates double & triple ones - something I've never done before. I don't think I've had my muscles deplete so quickly. It's a wonderfully shattered feeling.Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

Thanks Lori..
I had never even heard of sauerkraut before a few days ago. Must try on sausages
Yup, doubles and triples are certainly.....um......fun? lol~
So feeling like complete and udder crap right now Chills, sweats, aches, headache, sinus and chest congestion.....UGH I have eaten most of my cals today in the form of carbs - tomato soup, grilled cheese, ice cream, oats.....comfort foods. So between the carb and sodium laden "feel better" food and TTOTM, tomorrow's weigh in is sure to be atrociuos. May just skip it, cause it'll just piss me off anyway

So sorry you aren't feeling well I'm just now back to normal myself. On another note, how are you just discovering sauerkraut? I love that stuff! Couldn't have a reuben without it, or a spicy sausage with onions and peppers- yum!
