Title says it all. I've been doing 5 days a week at the gym going hard, alternating between "push/pull" exercises. I tend to get some sort of physical activity in every day, running, wrestling and whatever. Just wondering what the ideal schedual for weight-training is, since I don't know much about recovery time.

Agreed^^^
Everyone is different. Some respond well with 3x a week and other 5-6x a week. Listen to your body, know when you need to recover!
Also, depends on how advance you are and how long you've been lifting.Lucas Reid
