Got in the suit for the hell of it tonight. Ribs felt a bit better and this was my FIRST time working out with no pain meds or anti-inflam's. Right now after the workout it hurts a bit, but its a very sore pain, not like it felt before. Hopefully this is good. I am taking the weekend off to heal up and ice ALOT. So hopefully monday I will feel better.
Suited squats felt pretty good. I felt the back/ribs a bit because of how I have to squat but it wasn't TOO bad. I came pretty close to depth on all the sets judging by the videos so that is also a very good sign. Excited to get back into it though, even though it was a light session. I also did NOT wrap my knees, I am going to ease back into everything and hopefully do a nice little warmup light meet in mid May to get used to gear in comps.

Still can't get the bench shirt on properly all the way, but it was definitely better today. I need to get it to sit into my armpits all the way, until then I think touching will be impossible and presses will be inconsistent. Any tips?
Tomorrow is suited squat hopefully. Health willing.

Good session today, but ribs are still sore. Made it through alive and well LOL. Did alot of accessory after, which put direct pressure on my area, which I am hoping is a good thing. ESPECIALLY the BB rows. Those ****ing killed.
What are you opinions/tips on the walkout. I really want to perfect this before I compete in May and June.
Next official meet is May 12th in Ft. Laurderdale, then Nationals in June.

Pretty good session today. Shoulders were sore from suited bench on monday. Only negative thing here is my left elbow tendonitis is coming back which is scaring me a bit, as it has been a huge issue in my progression. I ordered elbow sleeves to wear while squatting so those will be here on friday.
Tomorrow is raw squat, and then friday is Suited Bench with Nick Israel. Can't wait.
O and my buddy just ate a 7.5 lb burger challenge at our local bar. 9 (1/2 lb) patties, and a side of his choice. Did it with ease.

They're real good. They work wonders when my **** hurts too much when I'm squatting. And I wear it for bench and pressing movements sometimes. They're a size small I think, and I lose circulation if I bend my arm for two seconds. Even that tight I get very little, if any, carryover. My only complaint is that I can never find them.

O lawd....ribs did hurt today but I pushed through it because I wanted to finally try the suit. Hopefully I don't pay for this tomorrow. Tomorrow is suited Bench with Nick Israel so i'm excited about that.
Straps up feels miserable, but I am going to have to get used to it FAST. Meet is two weeks away. I would love any tips you geared brahs can give me on how to setup better and such.

A very weird day but an awesome one. Special thanks to Nick Israel and the Gator Pit gym for letting me workout there and taking home a couple extra shirts to try.
I am never using my Fury again, and am going to sell it if anyone is interested. It is just too small for me.
Great day and some awesome PR's. Now its time to rest this weekend as I am now in West Palm till the comp on May 12th and will hit next week HARD as it will be the last week of training.
