Currently weighing 183ish lbs. So I will be in the 181 class for a while. I have been powerlifting for about 6 months now, but been lifting for about 3 years. Notes
First time ever in a suit, it was a bitch to get in it. Took about 20 minutes without slip ons. Once in I kept moving it as much as I could because it was moving alittle. I cant get any lower then this right now, is this normal? I keep sitting as far back as I can and it feels good, but I just cant get any lower currently. Will keep breaking it in. Tomorrow will be the first time in a bench shirt. Time for the lulz

lol STRONG depth, welcome to the club. If you want to get deeper bring the legs up as high as you can, once in use two fingers to get the leg seam higher. Definitely try slippers, makes it way easier. When it comes to suits it is as follows: bring the leg up high for easy depth and less pop, leave them low for more pop and a hell of a time hitting depth. To get lower just put more weight on the bar and let the weight bring you down. When descending just hold the weight for a while longer and you will eventually get a bit deeper, this also makes you see stars lol.
