If you're at 10% bf now, and assuming you only lose fat, 7% should put you around 162. Because 3% of 168 is roughly 5lbs.
I think this is right, buy someone correct me if I'm wrong. That is at least correct mathematically.

Not to be a dick or anything, but it looks like you're pulling down on your stomach/skin fat. I can do that too and see my abs in the correct lighting, but I'm no where near 9-12% body fat. Lookin good though, no homo.
