pretty crappy workout, dex couldn't have put a workout together like this on his own? He needs to pay someone like charles 100s of dollars to do this for him? It blows my fkin mind
pretty obvious for a long ass time dexter has been coasting in the bodybuilding world. Though lately not even coasting, can't bring his conditioning like he has previously.
I prefer striated, separated, perfectly developed and perfectly proportioned over everything.

i guess from a bodybuilding point of view thats right, but dennis' shoulders have way more "wtf" factor so thats why i like them more/think theyre better
Not better? Debatable I think...but we'll just have to wait a few weeks to see for sure. In terms of upper traps though, Dex definitely has that over Evan. In fact, I've never seen him do shrugs if I think about it.
To the post above, you must be blind if you can't see Dexter's delts are better. Just look at the front they pop way more, and his rear delts are literally hanging off.
