    not sure if srs. the whole reason there's so much IF information is because it's supposed to have a different effect on the body than eating multiple meals spaced out through 24 hours

    2500 to 3000cal daily depending on how active I am. Usually do about 8 min of HIIT cardio before hitting weights

    results have been seriously amazing

    lifts are actually going up, hitting new PR's every 1-2 weeks, losing more bodyfat with every week at a steady pace, less money spent on food, not always thinking about my next meal
