IF doesn't have some sort of magical fat burning properties to it, it's just a way to prove that a strict eating schedule doesn't mean **** and you can down your calories in 6 meals or 2 meals, anytime you want..

you still need to hit your macros.. doubt your hittin em with pizza..

yes its always been IIFIYM but eating one meal a day is so practical. you just get so many benefits to it. its perfect for cutting.

Hey horns3, but recently I've gotten down to the leanest I've ever been. you can see the progress in my latest video

2500 to 3000cal daily depending on how active I am. Usually do about 8 min of HIIT cardio before hitting weights

im a firm believer in knowing your own body. i fast in a way cuz i sleep for 10+ hours every night. and i rarely get above 10%
