okay first off, i want to thank CHUBBAROCK from Applied Nutriceuticals for hooking me up with HGHup to log! im excited to get it started and make some gains!

5'7 174-175lbs around 13-14%BF
current goal: cutting to .10%
my training split is
day one: chest
day two: Back
day three: Arms
day four: Delts and Traps
day five: Legs
there is uaually a day off in between my split and one after depending on my weeks schedule and my body ofcourse.
hoping to hit some good PR's and drop some fat on my cut 8)

so i did actually take my first dose one hour prior to slseeping which was my off day. today i will start training. the pills were easy to swollow and look pretty cool in red and black lol. i think it is too soon to tell its effictivness but i do think i woke up prety refreshed due to only getting 4 hours of sleep.
i will be updating mon-fri with my training and nutrition as best as i can! lets do it!

I was very depleted today for some reason, must be because today was a low carb day and i am coming down with a cold. BUT i was working out right next to the peoples champ The Rock himself! he eally pumped me up as i have been a fan since 97! and i didn't saw anything to him until we both finished our workouts because i have respect. anywho, had a greeat workout and really focused on heavy weights with great form and squeezing my lats and getting the best contraction i can get and it felt great! my lower back is really getting up to par with all the deadlifting and rows i have been doing.

took my second dose, had a restless night only getting about 5-6 hours of sleep tossing and turning because of this cold but finally fell asleep then woke up rested in the morning and ready for my day so that was good! this week i have a different schedule so its a little rough 6-2 when i usually do 730-330. but so far so good!

took my dose of 5 pills lastnight prior to bed actually got some sleep lastnight only 6 hours but woke up rested which is great! so far so good with HGHup no other things to report, maybe too soon for major results but i did weigh in at 172 this morning so my cut is going well i'd say im 12% right now, i was holding a **** ton of water as u see the stomach bloat in my pics above lol.
p.s getting a bit sicker smh hope i dont have a flu, drinkin my green tea now and will be taking some dayquil and see if oit does the job for me. today might be a rest/ab day at home my body has been taxed! then tomorrow will be arms cant wait!!!

i ended up going in to the gym later tonight at 10pm but still had a decent workout, but i need to stop playing ball after working out i feel like i lose my gains. anyway, i didnt like working forearms tris then bis, will continue to do it my way. reason is, my biceps really fatigue fastly and hitting forearms before biceps help fatigue them by the time i have to work my biceps so i had a not so great bicep workout.

took my 5 cap dosage last night and had some amazing sleep for 10 hours lol woke up well rested! cutting a bit better too in down to 171.

happy Easter everyone!
did legs lastnight and didnt have my best leg workout felt very weak especially in my knees due to me still being sick and the gym was really cold and i was wearing fail a$$ air max 95s [big mistake] lol
HGHup gave me some good rest tho. i will be back in the gym monday to train Chest.south florida crew

You are having the same reaction I do to HGHup. Restless nights followed by waking up rested.
I tried a 3 pre workout 2 before bed dosing. It is trick since carbohydrates with hghup isnt ideal, but I had some sick lifting and sleep that was restful more than restless at the start. Just an option🎄⛄🎄In🎄⛄🎄
