Hows everyone doing!? Well I'm back once again with FUSION BODYBUILDING to bring a new Sponsored Supplement Log! I would like to thank GYM GOD for bestowing this privileged opportunity to me.
So, on to the good stuff! In this Log I will be providing more detail and videos than my last, Daily updates on my training. Weekly updates on weight. Complete reps sets and weights used on all exercises. Possibly diet things what I eat maybe some food pictures and what not and I'm always open for suggestions on what you might like to see!
I will be logging: Purple K ( A favorite of mine), Zeus, Sub Q, and Strong Man (Brand new from Fusion!)
Training split looks like.
Sunday: Legs / Cardio
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Chest, Calves Cardio
Wednesday: Off / Possible Cardio
Thursday: Back / Cardio
Friday: Shoulders / Possible Cardio
Saturday: Bi/Tri Cardio
Currently my weight in the morning today was 217lbs. I will be leaning out hopefully 17lbs with this stack.
I'll be starting all 4 of these tomorrow for Leg training and a Video of that will be posted soon after! Also Before and After pictures will be posted.

LEGS!
Day one Dosing wise I took: 1 Sub Q, 1 Zeus, 1 Strongman, 2 purple K Pre workout. I'll be following the protocol it recommends on the boxes. Also, little * I'm also taking a BCAA product Intra workout and the normal protein powders.
Quads:
Leg Extensions: Warmup 50x15 50x20 (angled toes out) 65x20
95x15 110x15 125x15 140x20
Squats: 135x12 225x10 315x10 405x8 405x8
Leg press: 540x12 720x10 720x8
Hack Squat: 250x12 250x10 320x12
Hams:
Seated leg Curl: 90x15 110x15 120x15
Good Mornings: 95x12 145x15 195x15

Chest bis around 3pm today, this week is going to be a bit funky due to me going to the Arnold Friday-Sunday and I probably won't workout while I'm out there do I'm going to try to get a good amount between today and thursday.

Chest Bis and calves today!
I decided to do a pre-exhaust for chest to see if I can get a difference with it than trying to press always and making my shoulders and arms take most of the work, and had a couple twinges earlier in the day so I thought it be best not to go all out and possible get hurt.. So, ON WITH THE WORKOUT!
Chest:
Pec Deck: 50x15 90x12 120x12 150x12 180x10 210x10 240x10
Incline Barbell press: 185x10 225x8 225x8 225x5 135x8
Lying Flat Cable fly (life fitness machine) the weights are listed funny so this is what it said: 20x10 25x10 30x10 20x10
Hammer Strength Dip machine (plate loaded): 90x15 180x12 135x10
Bi's:
Dumbbell Seated Concentration Curl: 45x10 55x10 55x10 45x10
Cable Rope Hammer Curl: 90x12 100x10 120x10 130x10
Hammer Strength Plate loaded Preacher (single arm): 45x10 55x10 55x10
Calves:
