I believe it. Yeah the goal is always bigger and tighter. I've seen some pictures on there, popped up on my feed you and I'm guessing the gf and how she's getting ready for a show under Craig and Julie? Lol pez dispenser would be funny then everyone would go ooooo candy and pop 1 and not be so happy with it.

No... she is just starting back up. She did Figure 4 years ago after having her 3rd daughter and the judges told her too much muscle. She never wanted to compete in Women's Bodybuilding but now having the Muscle Physique - she's all over this. The goal this year is to do the Provincials or for you guys, the States Championships I believe it's called. Regardless of her outcome in 3 weeks she'll be stepping on stage 4 weeks following, and then the Provinicals will be held the same time at the Toronto Pro Supershow. She'll even be doing the Masters (35+) just for more stage presence.

Yeah Sunday Is the best day to start on legs pt 1. No one in the way, most of the people in there that early are in the classes so a better empty atmosphere. No staring eyes either.
Fusion is fueling some good workouts though. Going to run out of Zeus I think tonight the dosing chart is making the pills go away fast lol.Follow my journey!
