I will say though I ate kinda crappy yesterday; Ice cream, pretzel, Vienna finger cookies. I haven't stopped taking Sub Q and I woke up today and said WOW I still look pretty good for having a day of straight crap eating.

Hope everyone enjoyed some of the videos! I think I have about 11-12 days left on the Strongman, not sure on the others. When all the products are done I'll post up my progress on this stack, although my weight isn't dropping significantly (and I was advised to maintain) I feel like I am in a good spot to start my prep in 3 weeks to give a good 20 week dial in to the show. I had a few other bad things this weekend like Wendy's and a Blizzard from DQ just to mix it up a bit hopefully not gain too much, still sitting at 215lbs.

As for the binging that was a I'm out and had no other choice, well besides the blizzard that was a mmmmm mmm good treat that My gf wanted so I thought id get one too. Enjoying the last couple weeks before I really cut everything out.
Went to a posing class also this weekend. It was good to see some other people looking to compete in the upcoming months, gives me the drive to out work everyone so I see i get to get my goal! And kinda a spy mission to see if anyone is competing in August against me lol.
I had to go easy with the leg press and the rest of my leg workout cause I got stuck in the 405 squat in the hole and tried to bail but my attempt went bad and my back arched and tensed up so I was sore the rest of the day. But all is well tells me not to do 405 ass to ankle yet, 315 is more my style lol.
I'm excited for chest I really think the pre exhaust has given me a better feel on chest. I see a little improvement and a little shape difference since I've been doing it for a month now.Follow my journey!

Yeah I like to really keep things in a mix I used all dumbbells and free weights for a little while and the results just weren't exactly what I wanted. So now its a more go as I feel; whatever would get a good squeeze and and fill the muscle with more blood. The nautilus was a different one, never really used it in a workout before I didn't think I was strong enough for the barbell bench or had the endurance for it so, I thought to try that out today.

Oh Definitly! I know I'm already better than last time just by my pictures I posted at the beginning of the log. My coach said I'm way better than last time already.
As for a spotter no no one would have been able to help from where I was.
On another note my Sub Q has ended . I was surprised it was out but I guess at 6 caps a day it ends pretty quick. Good stuff though! I really like the effect it has with no super caffeine stim feeling just a smooth energy like Fubar but with fat burning effects! I'm more vascular since starting it, started to notice veins in the back of my leg!Follow my journey!

Treadmill at least? If there was no stepper I would throw a bitch fit lol, I'm trying to get a standing leg curl and a few heavier dumbbells but they don't even want to hear it.
Thanks! I wish the gym didn't feel like a sauna today otherwise I would have tried for more. By the time I got to pull downs I started to feel dehydrated and I almost had a half gallon of bcaas down. So I didn't want to go too hard and suffer.Follow my journey!

wow i feel spoiled ive got every machine i could ask for at my gym. and dumbells go up to 200lbs..I personally like the lying leg curl it feels like its a bit more functional being that youll be using both your legs when squatting or deadlifting...but the standing leg curl you can really just kill your hams... But yeah man you are quite strong, definatly beast mode for sure.
Oh and you guys like them there blizzards? have you tried the blasts from sonic? they're wayyyy to goodcurrent supps.

Yeah, they've got like 3 treadmills and 5 ellipticals (all of which are worn out and noisy). I always warm up and cool down on an elliptical and I have a treadmill at home that I use instead of the crappy ones at the gym :P
I never have to worry about it feeling a sauna because they only have the heat on for 3 hours per day even during the winter... I keep wishing my lifting gloves were full-fingered because my fingertips get so cold!
We do have a standing leg curl machine that works pretty well though. I'm sure it's probably been there since 1980 or so, but it does work very well.
It's the only gym around with 24 hour access and lots of free weights, so I can't really complain too much.My 5/3/1 Log: http://tinyurl.com/6qhhydx (current)

Thanks for stopping in and commenting!
I wish I had all the things I wanted or needed for the gym.. The next nearest gym that would have everything I think is a few hours away in Maplewood, NJ. Could be one in Philly but I do not want to drive over the bridge just to train. Thanks, I try to push what I can and whats available lol.
I like seated leg curl its really concentrated on the hams. I can go 30+ mins out of my way to get that machine at a different LA fitness but most times I don't want to drive the extra just for one machine. But just for a variety and to hit the muscle in a different way I would like it at my gym Also a sissy squat would be nice!
As for sonic I will have to try that! I've had a few regular food things but not any ice creams or anything like that.
The 24 Hr gyms around here are about as good as a planet fitness. They are all snap 24/7 and I'm not sold on them the only thing that would be worth it for me would be late late cardio but I have a spin bike and elliptical at home. If they had heavy weights I would be on the fence but i doubt they have 125 and up.Last edited by Hosey786; 03-22-2012 at 06:04 PM.
