Whatever happens, happens
2700-4000 calories depending on workload and concurrent stressors
~90 fat, 140-200 protein, 250+ carbs
There's way too much variance and fluidity in my diet to really nail solid figures, but that's a decent estimate.Excuses are just tools of incompetence

Usually just eat when I'm hungry.
191-192 dehydrated in the morning.
194-195 by the end of the day.
At the moment I'm eating a quarter pounder with fries with a 32oz Dr. Pepper. One of my meals earlier in the week consisted of 3 twice baked cheese potatoes and half a plate of stuffing. I try to get in at least 3 big meals a day, or 1 small and 2 big. It's been working well so far.Best gym lifts: S 430 / B 385 / D 480 both C&S

Weighing in at 170lb.
Eat anywhere from 400-5000 a day depending on physicality of work and how much I'm sweating. Don't care about fats or carbs. just get in 250-300g protein. Hell I'll eat McDonalds all day if I have to get more cals in. Cals in vs Cals out.Last edited by RawBear; 02-25-2012 at 10:51 PM.

1825 a day, and once a week I eat 2700-3000.

Starting weight Jan 10th 2012: 275 LBS!!!
Getting back into lifting after almost 4 years "off".

I have no idea how many calories I eat. I have a training day plan and an off day plan.
Training:
Don't eat until training (around 8-9am)
PWO- 150g protein, 5g creatine, 100g carbs
Hour later- 1.5 to 2lbs of chicken or beef, **** load of veggies
Usually won't eat again until 5 or 6pm but I try to eat non stop between 6pm to 9pm
Drink 100g protein shake before bed
Currently, I weigh around 280-285 first thing in the morning. I defintiely don't care about these things but, my body fat percentage seems to be around the same it was when I was 255-265. I am going to get in a BodPod after the Arnold just because I am curious to see where I am at.
