Hey guys, I just made a new sprinting routine and would like feedback based on this routine:
Sunday: Weightlifting
Monday: Sprinting
Tuesday: Weightlifting
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Weightlifting
Friday: Sprinting
Saturday: Rest
Repeat
On the sprinting days exactly: 6 "sets" of 11 seconds of 100% speed sprinting
So that would be sprinting at full speed for 11 seconds, then take 2-3 min of rest, then move on to set 2. While workout would take 20 min.
With this routine, what kind of results should I be seeing in terms of fat loss and muscle preservation/gain in 3 weeks?

Since you did not mention any actual lifting routine or relevant nutrition info, stats either.... no one can answer that question.
That said, in 3 weeks? Minimal difference, at best maybe 3 or so pounds of fat assuming diet is in order, maybe some more weight due to water weight loss.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
