100 grams of brazil nuts is about 12g of carbs so no, it wouldn't kick you out. You would have to be careful with your overall carb consumption though as much more would kick you out.
Also be aware that in 100g of brazil nuts, there's a hefty 650 calories.

If you aren't very disciplined I would stay away from nuts cause you will go over your Carb limit quick! Same with peanut butter.

Heat does not matter, because the intake of fatty help enter ketosis, and can not eat a lot of protein. But I'm worried about water, nutrient composition tables written Brazil nuts per 100 grams contains only 3 grams of carbohydrate, I wonder if it really is it right?

14g of carbs in 100g of pecans. 10 of that is dietary fibre which does't count in your macros.
20g of carbs in 100g of almonds. 12 of that is dietary fibre which doesn't count in your macros.
12g of carbs in 100g of brazils. 7 of that is dietary fibre which doesn't count in your macros.
18.5g of carbs in 100g of macadamia. 11.5 of that is dietary fibre which doesn't count in your macros.

Rather than carbs, what you should be concerned about is that 100g of those nuts range between 650 to a 1000 in calories. For a normal cut, one of those portions is going to equal half a day's calorie intake alone. They're good for keto but I reckon 100g is too much unless you're on a bulk and need to make up your cals.

At the bottom of the page is a chart which will show you your macros. As long as you stay within 60,35,5 (65,30,5 is the ideal) you'll be OK. Try to keep below 30g of carbs (20g is ideal). Aim for the figures in the brackets if you can as they will give you some leeway if something slips through.
