No. Fructose does not have much of an insulin response. I am diabetic and I do not need to take any insulin if I have an apple
Where did you hear that? So if you drink a large gatorade while training, the sugar just sits in your blood?
Very minimal, if he were to have a full meal, yes he would need a lot more blood routed to the stomach to digest, but a simple apple. Will not effect too muchType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15
