It won't even make a bit of a difference. He ate it before he did Dips which was his last exercise. By the time he ended the exercise, the digestion of the apple barely even started. More so wouldn't even make any difference if he had ate it in the middle of the workout, it's not like he was having lasagna with seabass...

apples are the number 1 diet food in the world. The pectin swells up in the intestines and keeps the elimination system running at 100% which alot of distended bellied bbers have months of nastiness trapped deep up inside there from the lbs of meat and cholesterol they consume in the offseason. Apples are probably the best way to turn a distended belly into a hollow belly. Thats probably why hes eating it because hes hungry and he knows he needs more pectin

Awesome chest workout, by far the smartest lifter out of any current pros. Still lifts heavy, but never sacrifices form. Gonna try that pre-exhaust next chest workout for sure. And btw guys, in terms of satiety, apples rank very high, and I can attest to this cause I'm currently prepping and apples are pretty damn good at filling me up.
