    Should I cut or bulk?

    About 197pds at 6ft2 atm. Beginner. What do you think my bf% is?

    The end goal is to be 200pds, ripped with single digit bf.

    If you are a beginner then lift heavy and properly to gain mass while controlling your diet to prevent excessive body fat accumulation.

    Give it some time and you will reach your goal.
    If you do end up putting on too much fat, then you can always cut.
    From the looks of things your primary goal should be to build muscle.

    What if I cut to single digit bf now and then bulk? Would that make a difference?
