About 197pds at 6ft2 atm. Beginner. What do you think my bf% is?

If you are a beginner then lift heavy and properly to gain mass while controlling your diet to prevent excessive body fat accumulation.
Give it some time and you will reach your goal.
If you do end up putting on too much fat, then you can always cut.
From the looks of things your primary goal should be to build muscle.
