Jay's competing at the 2012 Mr O, huh...
I don't know how to feel about that. On one hand, I'm sure he doesn't wanna go out with a loss, he surely wants to go out on top, as Mr olympia, so you can understand that. On the other hand, he's won a lot of contests, 4 Mr Olympias, and his Phil just won his first. Jay has nothing to prove, why not just go out and leave your "best friend" as Champion? I'm sure he'd rather have Phil succeed him as Mr O, instead of Kai Greene or someone else, because of their friendship and all that.
I don't know. I DO know I'd rather not have the Mr Olympia contest turn into the "bromance" it did last year, with Jay and Phil hugging and the commentators mentioning how close the two are.

Well, the question is...can he get in shape (the shape he needs to be in) for a top 3 spot? I don't see Phil slipping, so Jay will be gunning for 2nd or 3rd at best. And that is ONLY if he can get in the shape he needs. With meds and stuff he is on to recover from the operation, can he train anytime in the next say 2-3 months? And when he can train, will he have the ability to improve any or even train his upper body correctly? Jay has mass, and I doubt he will lose a ton of size if he misses about 2-3 months of training. Jay has a habit of looking good about 1-2 weeks out then coming in a touch off. With this injury, perhaps he will show at the O in that condition vs. the water film over the lats and some other areas.
We shall see.
Also, I keep looking at the pic. And if his bi was what was fixed (his story) why is most of the thickness of the bandage on his shoulder? Seems a bit high for a bi procedure.
