Hi.
First post.
Having been training for the past 7 weeks, I have gone from 216 pounds to 196 pounds, I'm quite happy with results to date but body fat is 25%, I have been training 6 times a week, including 1 hours cardio on daily basis.
My diet is high protein, low carb (max of 20g a day) but in all honesty I don't think i'm eating enough (not that i'm hungry) Protein shake after training, lunchtime meal and Protein shake for evening meal. I have also been taking Lipo 6 fat burning.
Anyway, I have got some Clenbuterol and t3 coming tomorrow, how should I take these together?
If it helps:

Not allowed to chat about those particular supplements.
Be sure to do your research well before starting those though, some of the sides can be nasty.

I Not so sure if its good taking those at too high bf%, putting alot of straight on your cardiovascular system and vital organs. I'd start with just the T3 first and see how you get on, then at a later date you could try the clen

You can mix it with your protein shake 3 times a day.
You need at least 1.5grams per lb of bodywight.Pro MMA record: 0-0-0

Hmm, T3 is harsher than clen. I don't want to scare you but you SHOULD do your research before buying the product but not AFTER buying it. Improper use of T3 will screw your thyroid for life. Hope that gets your attention. I would avoid T3 esp since it is very catabolic. It will strip your hard earned muscle in no time. Clen has anti-catabolic properties.
That being said, clen works well with high protien and moderate carb. Low carb aka Atkins/CKD wont do well on this diet. you NEED the carbs. Try 250gms protein 150gm carbs and about 50gm fat.
Dose for Clen,
20/40/60/80/80/100/100/100/100/100/100/80/60/60
2 weeks off (keto every night for the first few days)
80/100/100/120/120/120/120/120/120/120/120/100/80/60
2 weeks off. (keto every night for the first few days)
Taurine 3-5gms every day
Pottasium 300-400mcg every night (one banana a day helps a lot)
Hawthorn berry if the heart rate/bp goes whack.
This worked for me. For added fat loss you can try ECA stack during the 2 weeks that you are OFF clen. I wouldn't use T3 but hey its your choice to do what you want to.
Clen does have bad sides but they seem to have subsided after the first 4 days.
