    Endo/Meso diet+workouts

Last fall i found out i was this body type and i finally understood why i gain fat and muscle quickly.

Can anybody help me out with snacks, like what to use instead of ham or peanutbutter on bread or something like that, but today i'm not eating bread on a regular basis. I'm a pretty picky eater also so that doesn't help, have been working on adding veggies to my diet, removing sugar and wheat and that's going great... just need something more to replace it.

Have tried lowering carbs to about zero, at that time i didn't eat enough total calories to be able to work out and loose weight as well (starving state). My fat % was about 40% when i checked last. Can lift pretty heavy weights and i think it's fun also but i don't seem to be able to remove the top layer

At the moment i weigh in at 92kg... have twice in my life gone down to 64kg, would like to be able to stay at around 70kg. Am 149cm tall.

    Any ideas would be appreciated

Why forget about the types ?? seems to be something that fits how my body is working

I am keeping processed foods out, last august ํ started eating a little under 1000kcal, lost a kg per week for three weeks and then i started training again. Ate the same foods for about 14 weeks... workout all the time weight lifting mostly. Gained alot of mass, but didn't budge in weight, exept to gain wich was not the goal, not in mass either

i can't even understand what you are trying to say.

    1. food types don't determine body composition, their macronutrient content (and the amount you eat) does.
    2. I say mostly because of general health purposes (to get your micronutrients).
    3. if u want to eat ALL whole foods, thwen so be it, but a little leniency won't hurt.

Forget about body types. We all follow the basic rule of losing weight which is calories in vs calories out. You are NOT different!
