2 years 1 month in! They said I couldn't do it!
How am I doing?
Keep in mind - I am working around being shot, back problem from a car accident, and a messed up shoulder.
Thanks!

NIIICE brother! You look like a different guy. Pretty spot on. Knowing what you've been through it must have been tough at times. That being said and not knowing the extent of your shoulder issues, I would say traps could come up a bit (if ur able?). Other than that....you've done a great job on chest, core and arms . Nice work man...

Thank you! It has been a battle, if you look close on my core, you'll see my scars from being shot, as far as my shoulder goes... I dislocated it, tore my AC/Librium, and have some nerve damage. My shoulder currently doesn't sit right, but I work around it and keep on pushing. God bless resistant bands, I use those to strengthen the smaller muscles. I actually am just 3 weeks into adding resistant bands into all my free weight work outs as well. LOVING IT! I'll definitely start working on my traps more. Thanks for the feedback!

No prob bro. Like I said, it doesnt take away from ur overall look. (Interested in the resistant band approach. Might want to pick ur brain on that a bit.) Anyway...safety is key so do what u can without aggrevating the shoulder. And when you get HOOOOGE traps, let me know how you did it because mine suck and I WASN'T shot at! LOL!

The bands are my best friends! I have a multitude of them... I train Heavy (free-weights) and use the bands while doing that. I hit my large, small muscles, and negatives all in one workout. One week I use them through my full workout, week two I alternate them on and off per set and then back on, so forth. I use them on everything from chest, back, bi, tri, legs, to everything. So far, I feel a huge difference too. Week one kicked my arsh and i was so sore. I think I can get my traps good in a month, I have some good workouts for them. However, I always procrastinate doing them. haha
Feel free to shot me an add! By the way, you look great as well bro.

I would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative. Just looking to improve over all. Thanks.
If you think I need to improve somewhere, please tell me where, why, and good workouts to get it done.
Rock on!
