In a word: food!
There is no one best supplement. No one best vitamin. You should first eat a diet that is high in lean protein, high in vegetables and some fruit, low in saturated fat and sugar. Starchy carbs should be used be used per your body type and activity. If you need it, add a good protein powder.--------------------------------------------------------------
