    Solid work on those incline presses Z. For some reason my skullcrushers are horrible. I struggle with 70lb. Once in awhile I squeeze out 8 reps.

    skullcrushers are still a very weird exercise for me as well.

    i feel no burn from them. its either i can do them or its too heavy and i cant do them.
    it feels very akward. i MOST DEF feel them the next day though so thats y i continue with them.

    just make sure to keep ur elbows in and use a good mind to muscle connection on the way up and squeeze with ur tris!
    u will get it with more practice. im sure its just the form that limiting u because im seen ur tricep numbers and they are strong!
