my guess is we are over training!
i have to do 195 AMRAP for 3 of the 4 workout in the week!
when i was reading the GST book he was saying for weak point training you want that muscle to be in recovery mode for 75 percent of the time. he said i would get weaker but my bench numbers will be higher than ever when i finally do rest it!

but it has a good side to it
this program has gotten me stronger (i can feel it!)
ur muscles grow more when you rest.
plus it gives me so much more time for cardio and Running my business!
ive had more time to market more and my business has grown!
and plus i had a huge problem of my workouts being unstructured
i would just go in and hit whatever i wanted before.

my cousin does and fight in tourneys all that
i promised my self once i became in decent shape id start classes! that was when i was super fat
another downside if most MMA gyms are 100 a month!

the biggest disadvantage to mma blowing up is they use the appeal to make hella money in gyms that dont even teach proper techniques.

theres soo many in my city now!
i only go to the ones where the coaches themselves are either training current UFC fighters or are fighters in the UFC themselves

then i can go around and get 2 week passes to all 5 of the MMA gyms in the area and get 10 free weeks!
