    Cutting

    No that I'm done bulking I would like to ask this...would instantly moving into a cut have a negative effect on us?..like instead of doing it slowly, just move in
    Best lifts: 165kg Squat / 142kg Bench / 220kg Deadlift / @ 83kg Weight Class

    Current BW: 176.9
    Goal BW: Around 166-168

    Don't drop the calories too fast. Take 2 weeks eating at maintenance. Then you can start dropping cals

    What I do is drop about 100 kcal/day(including introducing cardio to help you continue eating while still dropping calories). So if your going from a 500 surplus to a 500 deficit it will take me 10 days.

    To just drop 1k kcal in 1 day would be a bad idea i think.
