    Quick question

    I just got done doing an hour chest work out if I run a mile or two will I lose muscle growth or will it help expand my chest and help with recovery?

    Well running definitely wont do anything with the chest... it will obviously strengthen your lungs. You wont lose muscle as long as you get a protein shake in afterwards and a good meal after that.

    when you run, u use your lungs yes. your cardio vascualr system.... but when you run, your lungs have to expand as such that your rib cages actually widen up in order to make room for the lungs to do that thing they do to help you breath. So yes it kinda hs to do a little with the chest. but nothing to do with the chest muscles.

    Anyway.... a mile or two is ok.. i think i read somewhere i dont remember, soeone correct me if im wrong, but once you start going at 20 mins or over of say running, you start to lose muscle or something because your body looks to the muscles for more energy something like that.

    I was refering to the chest muscles themselves but very good point my friend!
