Hi i just have a quick question for you guys.
I'm at a point where im pretty content with my body but i feel like if i continue cutting ill be too small. however spring break and summer is around the corner so i can't really go on a full bulk, but i would like to maintain/very slow bulk. Now heres the question. If my goal was to lets say gain 2 lbs/month, but i get there in approximately 3 weeks and i maintain that weight, is it the same as gaining that 2 lbs in 4 weeks? will my body composition be the same? sorry if this isnt worded too clearly, but thanks for your time
