Height: 5'8
Weight: 151
Current lifts:
Bench: 135 5x5
Squat: 225 5x5
deadlift: 310 3x5
My bench is struggling, while my other two lifts increase every workout. I have been training for 5 months. My goals are not complelely strength oriented but I feel like I need more strength to put on more size.

Don't do this. OP I recommend some Starting Strength or some sort of upper / lower variant. This is the one I always pimp on the forums:
