Hey Guys,
I'm 180 lbs, 5'7 and am trying to get to around 155-160. I'm 17 and play varsity baseball and trying to go D1. I have started working out and eating healthy. I am taking mega men powered ridded vitapack once a day, and syntha-6 after my workouts. I was just wondering if there are any other tips you guys have about rest, losing body fat and gaining lean muscle. Also, some tips about what I should do about my training once the season starts in a couple of weeks.
