Hey Guys, so i have been training for sometime now and have 6-Pack Abs but still have the "bloated" look, especially from the side. My stomach sticks out further than my chest when I'm not flexing. Im pretty sure its not fat because my body fat is about 4%. Is this normal when I'm not flexing to look like that? Any suggestions for getting it to go away or is it just my body structure? Thanks!

You may also have lordosis/sway back. Check about it on google. It is basically a super-enhanced curve in your spine in your lower back zone and it is caused by abs/back imbalances and lack of flexibility. And it can cause your abs to look like this from the side.
It basically looks like this:
left one is with sway back. Right is without.
Also, I'm pretty sure you are not even nearly to 4%BFgetting my protein through a venflon 24/7 so i don't go catabolic crew
