hadnt hit the gym in like 5 days...got there today after an early day of work and did biceps, triceps, lats and abs. def had a good workout, but havent been motivated enough to do cardio lately....or strictly count calories. i feel like after 5 1/2 months of cutting, i know what i can/cant eat and how much i can eat in order to maintain/lose weight

couldn't sleep...had coffee too late....gave up at 1 am and went to the gym.
Had a great workout...went a little over 2 hours with it. no cardio....was not in the mood. I did more exercises than normal....more reps with some. I am tired...going to bed now for a nap. one day I'll get my sleep right.

me too. 199 though so feels like I"m still ahead of the games somewhat. My arm is getting better at been eating at a rate of a loss of 1 pound per two weeks. I'll start hard again tomorrow...which leaves me 13 days before June 1. I'm going to get down to 195 on June 1st. rain, sleet, snow, shine, tsunami, hurrincane, earthquaker, whatever!
This week is also the first week of my new job which is pretty darn demanding. Anywayz, off to the gym. Whining is for wusses! :-) Winning > whining. June is when my cut will be totally complete and will be my BIG month.
I've also given up the pot for good which is a good thing. There is such a thing a withdrawal... I swear. It was a sad goodbye, but hey I don't even have the time these days.Last edited by loseitall90210; 05-18-2012 at 03:02 AM.

158.6 lbs today and I think I'm done cutting. I'm going to eat at maintenance for the rest of the comp and do a slow bulk through the summer. Good luck with everyone's weight loss!

183 (21 pounds gone since March 1). Three full weeks out of the gym. Yesterday, the doctor said it was tendonitis. He prescribed rest. It has been improving slowly and it looks like there is nothing else to do but wait it out. Oh well, at least there's always next year

206, tis a gain. Ive been failing eating bad and like no exercise + Diablo 3... I gotta get on the ball.... (Im sure this 206 is some water retention. In the past 3 days I ate 2 family bags for lime chips with bean dip.... so im guessing that puts me alittle over my sodium intake alittle!
