Since I quite enjoyed running the Dec 1 - Mar 1 competition, I am volunteering to run the continuation of March 1st - June 1st. In Dec, we started with over 100, but are currently only sitting at 20-25. I hope we see more progress this time around.
A FEW SIMPLE RULES:
- DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS MARCH 1ST. I will not be accepting late entrants on to the spreadsheet itself as it is too much work to deal with so many late entrants. PLEASE ENTER ON TIME! You are welcome to hang out here for motivation, though.
- THERE ARE NO PICTURE REQUIREMENTS, BUT PLEASE POST YOUR HEIGHT WITH YOUR STARTING WEIGHT. You are holding yourself accountable.
- STARTING WEIGH-INS ARE REQUIRED ON MARCH 1ST OR 2ND. Subsequent weigh-ins will be on fridays.
I will post an updated spreadsheet by the following Monday. It will be sorted by loss percentage (%).
Entrants will be dropped from the spreadsheet if they miss either FOUR (4) total weigh-ins, or THREE (3) consecutive weigh-ins.
Most importantly - have fun and get support! The other people in this thread are going through exactly what you are.
Mod reps from VAPump to the individual with the highest body weight % lost, and total weight lost.
