hey man, I do this routine:
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/wor...y-workout.html
If I have time I usually do some isolations and 15-20 cardio afterward. I work my abs whenever I get the chance and add in lower back extensions to 'try' and get rid of the lower back fat.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

Severe doms today....ouchy! Also, Achilles tendon pain on one side and my whole foot is so sore. (Last night I rolled my ankle stepping out of my house) Graceful huh? Come hell or high water I am going to the gym friday morning.....I might have to modify the workout...skip the squats....but I'm going to do something. Getting back in the gym yesterday was great.
Congrats on the progress everyone.
I've decided to not take my measurements until the very end of this comp....wish me luck on that. lolHi, I'm Crystal :)

Nice bro! My size 32 work pants are getting a bit too loose on me. I usually dont bother to wear a belt with these, but today after I left the gym I didnt have a belt and they were falling down all day. I really dont want to buy pants again. This will be the 4th time I had to get a new size (started at 38s)

thanks much. That was in Ice Cube quote btw, and I know you love Ice Cube! I have not seen the dope pink shoes as I have only been to the gym three times in two weeks... because of this shoulder crap and my new job.
also thanks to Ummabeast, djlogic,Defining Moments, Earlbous, DSUP for the cool words.. thanks much and props to you guys too. Honestly, I wouldn't have been able to do this without all the support and good vibes in this thread. I told my boy that today, so hopefully he might be joining us. The more the merrier.
yknow I gotta give back; just came across this article which is some good motivation for staying away from fast food. Enjoy my brahs and brahettes!
(gotta check out the Mcslide show in the middle of the article too):

Sweet! My favorite pair of jeans as I got tons of the 501, 505, and 527s. Too bad they don't fit anymore.
Feels good not to try on pants anymore, I just buy em now as I have to kinda buy a new wardrobe so that kinda sucks. I look like I'm living in the Hammer pants era when I put them on. If you like Levi's, Gap has some cools jeans tool; the 1969s. I'm a 32 length too. 36 waist at the moment and they are loosey goosey.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

Oh why did I read that lol, what has been seen...
Furthermore, after a night of blazing I came home, started my ps3 for some nice Kingdoms of Amalur and I hear this strange noise. So I see the red light flickering. I restarted, gree light, BAM a yellow light, and the red flickering light again.
Yellow light of death After six crazy years I have to say goodbye. And my goddamn savegames, argh.

^^ that's gotta suck. 6 years is a long time and I feel bad for your loss being a video game fanatic myself. I dunno how you do it, I have to totally unplug mine so I don't get carried away. MP3 is out and it's just best I stay from the stores and keep it unplugged. ha.
Do you use it for blue-ray alot?March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

Just came back from the gym.
Was able to do 5 sets of 160lbs benches and about 60 dips with some tricep pull downs. The rest were leg presses as I did not want to overdo it.
So looks like my arm is getting better a little or I wouldnt' be able to do that. I just couldn't stand being out of the gym anymore and I'm not doing tons of cardio, as I'd have to eat more, so doesn't make sense.
One thing is for sure, I will NOT be stopped. It's gonna take a bullet to stop me. :-)

Yeah, skyrim 220 hours, oblivion, 200 hours, dragon age 150 hours, GTA4 100%, MGS4 all emblems, Just Cause 2 100 hours, etc etc. I thought to myself yesterday, I should back up my savefiles. Ah well, a lesson learned I guess, still I managed to fix it and it worked for like 5 minutes. So I managed to backup some savefiles, I will try it again. Would be nice if I haven't lost too much.
Didn't really used it for blu ray, I have a seperate bluray player so that's okay.
Yeah, I managed to temporary fix it so I could eject the disc and copy some savefiles. I heard from a friend of mine that he had the same and the he went to a gamestore in my city and traded his broken model with a new one with a nice discount. So I'll probably do that.
