Agreed. My mom and fiance keep trying to get me to eat desserts and stuff, it's hard to resist. :O
I've been sticking to my guns though, down to 202 this morning. 2 more pounds and I'm past my July 15th goal, and only 10 pounds from my original October goal. It's crazy how fast it's gone. On the downside, I was hoping I'd be slightly under 15% body fat by 200, but as of today I'm at 16.6%. Gonna end up skinnier than I'd wanted.“It is no use saying, 'We are doing our best.' thats how it goes, when your losing weight, everyone says you need to eat more. Its because america/world is accepting/thinking over weight as the norm/healthy. It does suck though when family and what not always tell you your to skinny and to eat more :/

That's why when I get down to a ripped 195 and my fam or friends start saying that sht I'm just going to pull my shirt off, zyzz pose and say "you mirin brah??".
They are just trying to make themselves feel better about their current state by trying to convince their self you are miserable all the time for not being able to eat like a frkin cow. When really deep down inside they want what you have, but are too undisciplined and lazy to go get it!~DSC~

I can still feel it but, at the very least, it doesn't seem to be getting any worse. I'm going to stay the course and stay out of the gym until I'm 100% or at least until Monday.
In the meantime, I'm going to concentrate on keeping my diet straight which, at this point, means making sure that I don't under-eat. The scale this morning indicated that I might end up with a three-pound loss this week (from last week's weigh-in). That is faster than I want it to be. I have a hard time not getting carried away once I get into a cut.
Have I told you how proud I am of you lately? I see your numbers are continuing to drop even though you're training so hard which tells me that you're keeping your diet tight. Good work!"It doesn't matter what exercise you do, but man was made to move, to eat sparingly, to work hard and to screw as much as he can manage. Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Back in town again, looks like I have some reading to do to catch up with you all. I decided not to count calories while in Europe so I enjoyed all the food, drinks, desserts, candy and chocolate that was available. I gained plenty of weight during the trip, I'm now back on IF and low carb/cal diet, I am very hungry now. My eating window opens in 13 minutes so I think I can make it.

completely unrelated, but does anyone have a 3d ps3 display?
I'm really contemplating getting one before I buy uncharted 3, killzone 3, or resistance 3, as I know those are all 3d games. My log

it's so peaceful that time of morning
just take care of yourself and for the love of all that's holy, eat enough!
thank you. I'm losing slow, but that's ok with me. Diet isn't as hard as it used to be. I've had a few rough nights being hungry because I didn't manage calories very well, but it's getting easier. My biggest problem now is wanting to go to the gym on my non gym days. I want to go everyday because I feel the best when I go....mentally....and I miss it on my off days. Don't want to give up full body workouts though, and I know I need to rest. grrrrr.....
I used to enjoy cardio...what was wrong with me...I do about 10 - 20 min after lifting....not today though, I bucked the system and just lifted. I've gone to the dark side hehehe
it can be done apparently 'cause you're doing it.Hi, I'm Crystal :)

I made a cheesecake 2 days ago. I taste it yesterday. One piece. I love cooking interesting things. Cheese cake is not a bulgarian food. I made it for the first time and I like it.

Good morning, Magdallena. I'm not sleeping yet but I'm on my way. The cheesecake looks good. What is the crust on the bottom made of?

Weigh-in: 218.0, that's a gain of 0.8 lbs
Expected this, because of graduation party and national holiday (night + day) I had been drinking alcohol like four days in a row. Plus a gym rest week, plus just really eating the hell I wanted. I'm actually surprised it didn't go up more. It was nice to have a complete week off.
From today I am back to work! As for today, still going good.
